                                                                           Billing / Cancellations

Rooms are billed the 3 hour minimum or for the hours reserved, whichever is longer. Groups using a second room for part of their meeting will be billed the 3 hour minimum or actual hours used, whichever is greater.

When catering is not done through SCC, the room rate will be increased by $5.00 per hour.

Meetings canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed for the 3 hour minimum or hours reserved whichever is greater. Every effort will be made to cancel catering orders, however if this is not possible, you will be billed.
